Is there any freemasonry lodge in Uganda where I can join?

Yes. There are at least two Freemasonry Lodges in Uganda. Just like Lodges everywhere, you cannot petition a Lodge directly for membership. You would have to be recommended by a member of a Ugandan Lodge
